Institute of Religion and Humanities

Master’s Degree

Institute Introduction

From studying the theories and philosophies of religious texts, and also the knowledge of anthropology, psychology, and phenomenology, students will learn religious teachings and experiences, such as how religions alleviate and heal societal and individual sufferings.

Our research emphasizeds on action-oriented, mainly employing an empirical approach and applying relevant theories. The Institute provides students ample opportunities to acquire humanistic, sociological, and other practical exercises, enabling them to expand their horizons from firsthand experiences.

Students enrich their lives by learning from their own experiences and those of others, so the ways of their studies differ from those of traditional religious practises. Students may engage in the public, build their capabilities of interacting with people in diverse fields, and experience directly the impacts of spiritual practices.
