Department Introduction
Characteristics:
1. Train students to become cross-disciplinary professionals:
cultivate interests, exercise their own expertise, and combine professional diversity.

focus on secondary language proficiency, humanistic etiquette, and media information competencies.
3.Prepare students’ employability skills:
engaging with international service industry stakeholders throughout the program.
4. Shorten the gap between theory and practice:
one year-long work placement gives students a real-world experience and prepares them for their future careers.
We work with Tzu Chi affiliates worldwide to provide students with abundant learning resources.
We collaborate with numerous departments and programs and offer two cross-disciplinary programs, namely an International Service Management Program and an NGO & Long-term Care Management Program.
We aim to keep pace with rapid changes worldwide, assist students in shortening the gap between learning and application, and better prepare them for the workplace or to pursue advanced studies.
The University has collaborated with educational institutions worldwide in numerous programs. Students may choose a dual degree program or pursue an MBA program.
The program combines theory and practice to offer a variety of professional courses that meet the students’ needs in career choices.
