  • For the international applicant whose native language is not English, the English Proficiency Tests, which meet the international or their governmental standard, must have been received within the last two years
  • Other supporting documents (such as laboratory experience) that will be helpful in the evaluation process
  • Certificate of the international or national English Proficiency
    Tests in last 2 years.
    Criteria for English Proficiency Test:
    ․The Common European Framework of Reference for
    Language (CEFR): Above or equal to Level B1;
    ․TOEFL iBT: Above or equal to 42;
    ․TOEFL ITP: Above or equal to 460
    ․IELTS: Above or equal to 4.
    (For those who provide a non-international English
    proficiency test certificate, it is necessary for the applicants
    to provide the correspondence between the test results and
    the international English proficiency test standards, and
    reach the criteria listed above.)

Remarks

  1. English proficiency test results must be equivalent to TOEFL (PBT)≧450,TOEFL (IBT)≧45, IELTS≧4.0, or TOEIC≧380.
  2. International students, who majored in biological sciences and graduated from a college or university approved by the Ministry of Education of the R.O.C., are eligible to apply for admission.
  3. Applicants must have taken biology‐related subjects.
  4. Full English courses of the International Biomedical Graduate Program (IBGP) are available.
