The teaching methods of Silent Mentors at Tzu Chi University have been widely recognized by medical societies both domestically and internationally. After being featured on the front page of The Wall Street Journal in 2009, Dr. Guo-Fang Tseng from the Tzu Chi Simulated Medical Center was once again invited to contribute an article titled “Anatomy Teaching with Silent Mentors at Tzu Chi” to the journal “Issues in Science and Technology.” The article aims to provoke reflections on the arrangement of medical education, particularly in the field of anatomy teaching, in Western society.
