TCU Career Conference

To assist Tzu Chi University students in gaining early self-awareness and understanding the importance of “career planning,” while contemplating their personal career positioning.

Furthermore, helping students to plan their careers early, understand and recognize employment market trends, and acquire the necessary professional support and assistance.

Through the expertise of professionals in career counseling and guidance, provide services such as one-on-one career counseling, guidance, and planning to assist students in clarifying their career plans and employment directions, based on the students’ needs.

Each counseling session lasts for 50 minutes and is conducted with one student. Depending on the student’s needs, up to four sessions may be provided. If necessary, follow-up employment or psychological counseling referral services will be offered.
